This was a cheap and cheerful stay and we got what we paid for. We normally stay at the Southern end of Gran Canaria so wanted to see what Las Palmas was like for a couple of days at the end of our holiday. If you just want a bed for the night this is ideal. For us the staff were the best feature - really friendly.
We had an interior room so ended up overlooking the backs of other buildings. Beds were quite uncomfortable and also this is actually a very noisy hotel. No kettles in room and the heated rings take forever to heat water for a drink!

As a guest at Brisamar Canteras, I had a delightful stay in Las Palmas. The hotel's superb location allowed me to have the beach just steps away, along with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance to Santa Catalina Park and various city bus stops, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The helpful staff made my stay even better, and the daily cleaning service ensured that the apartment was always kept tidy. I found great value in this hotel, especially considering its prime location.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

On the whole, it’s nice comfy base for having fun and exploring Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Many thanks to nice and great personal. The location is marvellous and brilliant, very close to the bus station and shops, 5 minutes walking the best part of the beach and the Las Canteras promenade.

We had a really good stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria really close to local sights and public transport, and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We asked for wake-up service, everything was really good. Loved private bathroom. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, a stovetop and kitchenware.

Being a few steps away from the beach was fantastic. Great views from a seaview apartment.

Perfect location next to Las Canteras. I would really recommend to book a room with sea view. We didn't do that but the rooftop terrace that is available to everyone was a good enough alternative.

Everything was totally excellent. The staff were helpful and nice. The "hotel" is wonderfully situated and the room was absolutely clean.
It is a really little detail: I thought that the kitchen was not supplied as I had wished. I felt that something to make coffee in the morning was missing and some other very little details (like a sponge, come detergent,...), but there was enough, though.

You could've eaten your meal off the floor it was so clean! And it was right on the seafront for a good price.
